Description
Upfield is a large six-bedroomed detached house in Horley within a five minute walk of the town centre and railway station. A bus stop is outside Upfield which offers a fast track service to Gatwick, Crawley or Redhill. Each of the people we support have individualised timetables that are active and structured to meet their choices and needs. We have a long-standing team of experienced support workers who provide 24-hour care, supporting our adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, and mental health.
